We have the following rooms available for both Friday and Saturday:
- Main auditorium - capacity 255 theatre style
- Meeting room 2 - capacity 80 theatre style or 35 cabaret. Can be split into 2 separate rooms (30 theatre, 20 cabaret)
- Meeting room 3 - capacity 30 theatre or 15 cabaret
- Meeting room 4 - capacity 64 theatre or 30 cabaret
- (Meeting room 1 is booked for the caterers)
For networking, exhibitions, lunch/coffee breaks we have the use of Foyer area, which fits about 240 people.

[edit] Volunteer helpers
We will need several helpers for reception, coordination, stewards, advice and emergency help for international travellers, reporting on the events, guides for groups wanting to socialize or play tourist around the most famous sights of London, and more technical help with Audio/Video webcasts, transcription and non-English support.
